These sheets are WONDERFUL. They feel like they are lined and could be used as a light weight blanket in the heat of a humid summer and very warm with a down comforter in the cold of winter. They have a woven in kind of plaid design that just adds to their design. Highly reccommend. Extra pillow cases are available seperately.

These are the best sheets I have ever owned! My husband and I have been looking for several things in sheets good quality, durable, comfortable, and a fitted sheet that actually stays on the mattress. These sheets have everything! They are a heavy weight cotton, which I love, and the fitted sheets stays perfectly in place. My husband was worried he would be hot in them, but he has yet to complain. They actually feel cool when we first get in them. These sheets are super soft and comfortable, but they are not a silky "sateen" that you find in every other sheet, which is great, because that's not what I am looking for. These sheets do have a tattersall pattern, so if you want a non-textured sheet, these are not for you. I really like the tattersall and think it looks super nice. My husband even commented on how nice it looked, and he doesn't usually care about those things. Over all I would highly recommend these sheets and will certainly buy them again!

We found a set of these sheets at Nordstrom a few years back and love them. Went back to find a new set and they no longer carry them. Thank goodness for online shopping.

Anyway, the sheets. Beautiful. The pattern is subtle but fabulous. The fabric is thick and luxurious. This is not a thin and silky sheet, it is heavy and posh. Probably not for everyone, but we love them!

I first bought one thousand thread count Alok sheets at a sale but apparently they don't have any higher than 800 count now. In the case of the 800 count sheets I found them to be almost as nice as the 1000 count. They are nice and I can recommend them to anyone who wants sheets that don't bunch up under them, even on foam mattresses.

I have searched locally for nice heavy sheets for several years. I dislike the thin, somewhat slickery, silky sheets that are so popular. I gave up last week, and googled heavyweight cotton sheets. Love Amazon for speed and reliability, so I ordered these. So far, exactly what we have been looking for. Heavy, crisp, don't wrinkle or bunch. They fit our thick mattress welI, and the overhang on the flat sheet is very generous. I like the tattersall texture, gives them even more body. I will be ordering another set soon.

If anyone here knows of an even heavier set of sheets, please let me know!
