At first since I read so many bad reviews on this pillow many other places, I was reluctant to buy but had no choice as well. I was tired of the stiff neck that lasted for 2 weeks straight with my regular pillow. So I purchased it, tried it out for a couple months and it still works. One side is still firm, and the other is soft. Im 5'6" and this is pretty neat. Sometimes I wake up with a sore neck but that goes away within seconds.
