I love this pillow because it doesn't get squished out of shape when I use it. I think the combination of regular and memory foam helps keep its shape. I also love the size. This pillow is awesome, I use it to cradle my legs while I sleep and it is the right size; it is not too large but good size enough to not complain about. But,it will get dirty quickly because the cover is too white and collects debris and sorts.
