This is my husband and my favorite pillow. It was sent to us over stuffed so I took some of the rubber out of mine to make it so my neck wasn't craned. Helped a lot. My husband kept his how it came.We love them so much, and have gotten so used to them, that when we travel we HAVE to bring them with us.
I also like how you can move the pieces around inside and create a "shape" with the pillow. I push some of the contents down so my neck has a little extra support.
Really clever design, it allows you to create your own pillow in a sense.
