I love this cover! It protects my water pillow from excess wear and tear. My old water pillow fell apart because I did not have this product. It is comfortable to lay on, and washes well. I would advise anyone who buys sthe Mediflow Waterbase Pillow to purchase the quilted pillow cover

I wouldn't want to sleep on this pillow without this pillow cover. Provides great insulation from the cold & is soft & comfortable.

Worth the extra money. I am on my 3rd water pillow and the previous two were used without the cover and after a couple of years the fabric and padding on the pillows had turned very yellow from the absorbtion of perspiration. This will extend the life of a wonderful pillow.

As stated in a previous review about the pillow protector, standard pillow cases don't fit chiroflow pillows as they bunch the water bladder. Very happy with this purchase.
