I don't have severe back issues, but sleep with this under my knees almost every night because it feels so good to releave lower back pressure on my spine. When I wake, my back feels great & relaxed. I almost always sleep on my back & definitely would recommend this for anybody. I imagine that if you were a person suffering from back issues, that this pillow would provide great results. I definitly recommend this & have bought one for a friend, too (who also loves it)!

My only complaint is the foam is almost too firm. Bought this to elevate leg after reconstructive foot surgery. I feel a little stress at the back of the knee when using. Product arrived on time, was well packaged and was exactly as described on the website.
