Well at first when I bought this, I wanted to change it immediately to a striped black one but the seller advised me against it saying that the black wont be as soft and the lighter colours due to the heavy dyes used. So I changed it to ivory and it arrived a week later. It came in a box. Very clean and well packed. I found a flaw in the duvet cover so i took a picture and sent to the seller. He replied very fast and immediately gave me 3 options, all of which is to my benefit. The seller is very responsive, polite and very humble.Save 58% Off
