Cool99(TM) Cooling Pillow Pad

Mom gets hot and sweaty when she sleeps and we tried this on one side of her pillow. If she wakes up hot, she flips her pillow over to the cold side and she says it is so cool, she goes back to sleep almost instantly. Was a great Xmas gift and plan to get her one for the other side of her pillow for Mother's Day....and stash a few away for when the hot flashes start someday for me

3 of these pads. I was and am very happy with the 3 sets of Chillows I've purchased. I thought I'd give these maintenance-free cooling pillows a shot because IMHO, there's no such thing as too many cooling pillows. I must say, these are nowhere near as cooling or as long lasting as my Chillows. Not even close. Am I happy about spending $75 for 3 items that are each maybe worth $5 apiece, and really stretching it, $7 apiece max? Not a chance. I'm sending these back and will happily stick with my Chillows and stop looking for the bigger better deal!

This item goes under your pillow case and does cool. However the plastic is not comfortable and is stiff. I ended up taking it out, too uncomfortable to allow me to sleep. But it did cool.
