This is perfect for neck and back problems as it will mold to any shape, and instantly hold that shape until you shift the pillow manually. Imagine a small pillow filled with soft sand, though it is actually buckwheat hulls. Pillow has zero smell, stays in place no matter how I arrange it, is silent while in use, and comes in a fabulous Miss Marple carrier, like a knitting bag, with dark wooden handles. Just wonderful. BB&Beyond sometimes carries them but is now out. I bought a 2nd one from Amazon as a Christmas gift for a fellow neck pain sufferer.
