Mid-Core Pillow Standard # 221

I really like this pillow and the support it provides for my neck. But, I have only been using it for about a month now and it is already losing its firmness at the narrow front part that supports the neck. I cannot tell if that is because the pillow is not as promised to maintain its firmness or if it is because of the way it was shipped. It came in an envelope with no cardboard support or protection. It seemed a little flattened when I received it as if something heavy had been placed on it. Or it was under heavy boxes during shipping. A bit disappointed.

Have been buying Tri-core pillows for about 8 years, this one is already loosing a bit its firmness after a month. We will see.

I have bought several of these pillows but they always tend to break down. The last might be to firm as I had to resort to the old one.

I have degenerative disks in my neck and always have liked the support, however lately my neck is stiff upon waking. I rated this way because of the issues I may have personally.

I have tried so many pillows and this one seems to have solved my problem. I was having trouble with my hands and arms going numb. It still happens but very seldom.
