I put it together out of the box, great hardware although the wood did not seem very dense so I wondered about the quality. I sat in it after assembly, rocked 5 times, something began rubbing on the rocker arm under the chair. Then I heard a snap, the rocker arm had a crack through it, back in the box it went. I'm 5'11" and 200lbs, I think a $200+ glider should hold me. Kudos to Amazon and their return policy, it was seamless, and refund was credited within 5 days of sending it back.
This chair was bought to rock a baby and it has worked well. It came in a large box and was in perfect shape. No problems with delivery or setup.

The glider shipped quickly and arrived in plenty of time for christmas. It was easy to assemble, only taking about 20 minutes. My wife loved it and it is very comfortable.

When we opened the box the ottoman had a piece broken off from what seemed like poor packaging. After a week and a half of normal use the springs started to pull out of the chair base rendering the chair useless.
Dealing with Baby Earth has been a breeze. They had sent out a new ottoman base before the springs begin pulling out and were very expeditious about a return label... good thing I saved the box. I have yet to receive a refund but we are still within the range of acceptable return time.
