the product came in beautiful packaging and looked very pretty. the packaging said 1500tc even though i only ordered 1400, so i thought i got a nice surprise. however, upon opening the sheets are not soft at all and are very scratchy. they look great, but are not comfortable at all. i have washed about 5 times now and they are a little softer, but not much. upon rechecking packaging, i noticed that even though it looks very official, there is no upc code at all. seems a bit suspicious.
