Ordered this pillow even though the one reviewer gave it a one because it was not full. Although the review was correct that the pillow was not very full/firm, I did feel that it was a well made pillow and so I gave it 3 stars.

I selected this product because it was rated firm. When I slept my head bottomed out. Had to re-fluff this pillow many times during night. Sent back and received a prompt refund.
