McKenzie Floral Pillow

My wife and I are expecting our first child at the end of May and are planning to decorate the nursery around the Glenna Jean "McKenzie" crib set. Since we are going to see if others will purchase this off our registry first, we bought this pillow to start painting/decorating the room.

The pillow arrived rather quickly and was in good shape. The pillow was as expected, had ample filling and the pattern and cloth was in great shape, but for one problem: There was only about 1/2 of a red flower pedal at one of the seams, that is all the red on the pillow! (We didn't get a nice big red flower on ours like the picture shows.)

I called the Baby SuperMall (whom we ultimately purchased this from via Amazon) and spoke to their customer support. I explained that we were using the pillow for paint swatches and that there was little red on it. At first she wasn't sure what could be done as it all is just a matter of the fabric that Glenna Jean cuts as to what you get. She took my phone number and promised a call back. No more than 5 minutes later, I got a call back and she informed me that she called Glenna Jean directly, explained the situation, and that they were going to cut a new pillow cloth for me with a full red flower, ship it to me free of charge. Once I got the replacement pillow, all I had to do was ship the first pillow back once the new pillow arrived and was to our satisfaction.

Great customer service by both the Baby SuperMall and Glenna Jean... can't wait to get more items from them!
