My husband and I got this mattress pad cover with a new bed we purchased. We kept waking up in the night sweating. We both thought it was our new bed and just dealt with it. Had a hunch I'd be experiencing some unexpected accidents of various things with the arrival of a new baby. This was the best deal I could find and was happy with the quality. Had I not been so exhausted, I would have felt pretty smart when the first round of spit up hit the bed and let's not even get into the leaky diaper. A must for new parents and much cheaper than a new mattress! Fit our extra deep king just fine. Was worried about lining having a smell or making us sweat, but neither appeared to be a problem.
