These sheets felt as rough as a 200 count cotton sheet and started coming apart after two washings. I have an 800 Egyptian that feels soft as silk. I do NOT recommend this product.
I bought these sheets with a HUGE sale, so that plays into my rating. The fitted sheet is fairly deep, it fits with about 4 inches of padding on top of the mattress. I recommend washing them asap because with just one wash they become 10 times more comfortable, i just followed the directions and didn't use any kind of fabric softener(as i read not to in many places).
