Bio Sleep Concept Organic Wool 3-Inch Mattress Topper

I have a memory foam type mattress that traps my body heat I don't care what anyone says about the holes in them, they are not cool. I read about people using wool toppers so I got this one at a great price, comparatively, and tried it. In this hot summer, I get no warmer than on a regular mattress. Plus, it is so soft and comfy. Makes it hard to get out of bed in the morning.

This product is sprayed with some sort of "soybean oil" spray to prevent wrinkling. It has lasted for weeks and I can't get rid of the smell. In my mind that defeats the purpose of buying a natural, organic product. I want to know what is sprayed on this mattress topper, but there is no way to contact the seller.

There was an odd smell to this wool topper right out of the plastic packaging (not too fond of the plastic package, but oh-well), but I let it air out, opened on my mattress for the day, and a lot of the smell dissipated. I had to fluff it out quite a bit to even out the wool. It did make a big difference on the comfort level, allowing my pregnant wife to turn less throughout the night.

My wife and I have recently lost weight and we were having issues getting comfortable in our latex bed. For reference, I am 6' and 160 pounds and my wife is 6'1" and 155 pounds. With our natural padding disappearing, we started having problems waking up with dead arms and sore hips.

My wife didn't have sore hips when she woke up either.

TL;DR version: Rave reviews all around. It made our previously too firm bed feel luxuriously soft and comfortable and solved our sleep problems.

I love wool toppers, I bought this one for out guest bed to go on top of a cheap Ikea memory foam mattress that was quite hard. I slept on this bed for about 2 months and its much improved. I'm a big fan of Wool toppers. It does have a bit of a smell that is mostly gone now, but it took a while. It smells like sheep, but that is normal.
