I didn't know how soft the satin and silk might be but the ornate stitching and patterns are very rough and scratchy to the skin. However, the items were shipped promptly and packed well. If the covers are meant for decorative use only (e.g. don't take a nap with your face on it), then it might be useful. For me, it's not very useful and not worth shipping back.
