This custome made pillow provides support for my head and neck, and has helped to ease my back pain. I feel relaxed and when I turn to sleep on my side, there is support to allow my shoulders to sleep in a comfortable position. The pillow is custome made to fit my neck and shoulders, which is a very cool idea for a pillow. Purchase it from a doctor office and have tried it almost a month. This pillow makes my neck and shoulder very relaxed in the morning. I always like to flip to the side but sometimes sleep on my back. This pillow gives me the best support and good sleep. It didn't come with any pillow case. I have to find a king size protective cover and a king size pillow case for it. The most value of this pillow is custom fit and the detachable neck support design. So, I can buy the optional buckwheat support later.
