This pillow should NOT be described as a body pillow. It is incredibly small so unless you're buying it for an infant (which I obviously wouldn't recommend) then it needs to be relabeled. Honestly, it's not much bigger than an airline pillow. On the flip side, the graphics are very nice & the pillow seems quite durable. Oh & the vacuum sealed packaging is fantastic for shipping.
