It looks like there is a 2 pillow set, but it's just showing both sides. It's only one pillow. It's the decorative one that matches my bedding. I love it. My room looks great. I'm just waiting for my furniture next to complete the set.
Pillow arrived deflated and wrinkled. I ended up sewing it 1" smaller on two edges to deal with a busted seam when I took off the tags and now it's looking less like a sad sack of fluff and more like a pillow. Same fabric as the curtains in this set (cotton) and a faux furry back. Definitely a decorative pillow; I held it in my lap after sewing it and it started lumping immediately. I ironed out the wrinkles and was able to reshape it, but I will probably end up replacing the stuffing. I hate sad pillows.

I do love the softness of this pillow its very pretty and its not cheap material so it doesn't look like its going to rip if it lands on the floor a couple of times or your toddler gets a hold of it...great
