These orthopedic pillows are the best in supporting the two herniated discs in my neck. I used to get a lot of pain and stiffness in my neck and shoulders. Once I discovered these pillows, those problems became a thing of the past. Love the smaller travel size, rather than the standard size pillow; you just don't need a longer pillow. Highly recommend these pillows. Also the vendor is excellent as well; quick delivery, great price, and appropriate shipping package so they do not get crushed.
