THIS IS NOT ABOUT THE PRODUCT, BUT ABOUT THE SELLER! The product itself turns out to be of excellent quality and fits my needs perfectly. The "Seller", however, is an entirely different matter.

After several back-and-forth conversations about the product, its packaging, its size, etc. and not having my questions answered to my satisfaction I wrote a somewhat unfavorable opinion of the firm.

I am now being being besieged by requests to withdraw my previous comments. This I will not do and has caused me to write this second condemnation of the "Seller". May they never darken my doorstep (or in-box) again.
