Makura Buckwheat Pillows - 2 Pack

Although buckwheat pillows are great and the best for me, I am extremely disappointed with this purchase. I bought two to replace a Sobakowa pillow I bought years ago. Although the box clearly states "Fits standard size cases" this pillow is TINY. A third of the size of a standard pillow. The ads fail to mention the insufficient dimensions. My original pillw was a normal standard size. These pillows are travel size at best. Basically a rip-off and false advertising and not enough loft to deliver the benefits. Look elsewhere for a better and normal size pillow!

Having heard of the health benefits of buckwheat pillows, I invested in one to see if my neck problems would diminish if I used one. I am pleased to say that I have seen a difference. The pillow molds to fit the curvature of my neck and supports it well, making sleep-time more restful.

My second buckwheat pillow and the best one yet! I have only had it a few days but I can tell the health benefits are there. My neck feels much better in just two nights use over my older buckwheat pillow. Great choice for anyone!

I does take a little time to get used to but it is well worth trying. It does mold to your head and neck whether you sleep on your side or back. The pillow feels hard but with the molding to your body it is comfortable. My arms don't fall asleep or tingle like they do without it. I do like this pillow.

I agree that this pillow is very small and does not fit a standard pillowcase. I was expecting a full size pillow but after researching the Makura Buckwheat Pillow, it does state that it is an "eastern" size and smaller than our "western" size that we are accustomed to. However, I find that I don't need a bigger size with the Buckwheat pillow. It really makes a BIG difference in the quality of sleep.
