I read the reviews and decided to believe the positive reviews of this pillow. Some people are super picky, so i thought maybe those negative reviews were by the "picky" people. Well... after receiving the pillows I loved them. I must point out THEY DO RUN SMALL. I had them in a 22x22 pillow case. I bought them to replace feather down pillows on my sofa because the feathers kept poking out. At first these pillows were fluffy and regained their shape quickly after people leaned on them. But its been 3 months now and they are in terrible shape. The synthetic material inside is all bunched up in the center. There are balls of material on the inside. It makes the pillows have all this extra floppy space around the edges. Basically, I had to take them out and go back to the down pillow. So now this 24inch pillow is in a 20inch pillow case. Hopefully it wont break down more and I 'll have to put it in an 18 inch pillow case! Terrible. I think the people who reviewed these pillows positively didn't wait a few months...OR they weren't in high use areas of their home.

It replaced a down-filled pillow that had become lumpy and the down had separated so that little feathers came out of the cover from time to time. This pillow insert fit the cover perfectly. I purchased this 24 inch pillow insert for a 22 inch pillow cover. It works perfectly. Because it is like goose down, I was able to stuff it in the pillow cover to give it a more full look and feel. I love, love, love this pillow! You can't go wrong.

The pillow was shipped in a box that was too small. The shipper folded the pillow so all the stuffing was bunched up. Not that it mattered the stuffing and product is junk. Returned it right away. Not worth the money.
