It turned out that the matress is too hard but the co. Has called to see if I liked it.I told them it was too hard and threy sent me a topper to see if it would work. This co. Knows the meaning of customer service.I would do business with them again if they come up with a softer product.

This mattress is extremely firm, I am used to fairly firm mattresses but this one is just painful. I understand that the degree of firmness varies with each foam mattress, however sleeping on this is very difficult and painful. This will most likely be going back very soon.
