I received the couch earlier than my quoted shipping date. The company called to set up a delivery time which was great. The delivery man brought it just inside the door of my apartment. I was a little disappointed at the condition of the box. It was squished and torn in multiple places. I could see the scuffed frame through a large hole. The frame came in four different pieces (Back, bottom, left arm, right arm). It should have taken about 20 mins to half an hour to assemble, but one of the holes in the right arm didn't line up. After a long battle of maneuvering and twisting, I gave up and left the bolt out. The assembled couch looks just like the picture. There is Velcro lining to keep all the cushions in place. The back cushions are very soft, but the seat ones are quite firm. The plastic feet are quite a bit lighter than I thought they'd be. It comes with two nice accent pillows. All in all, it's a decent couch for the price. I would recommend it if you're not too concerned about it lasting a long time.Save 9% Off
