Dogbone Chiropractic Neck and Leg pillow

I just received a 2nd "Ultra firm Dogbone Chiropractic Neck Pillow". It is as described. I am a happy customer. The first pillow sent to me was limp, weighed 6 ounces and was useless. The first pillow sent to me was very loosely filled with soft fiberfil, so loosely filled that the corners had no fill at all. I had written an honest yet negative review. Customer service from Zen Shopping contacted me immediately. After several e-mails of us figuring each other out, they stated that the ultra firm pillow should weight around 12 ounces and they believed I received a messed up order. The shipping weight is 2 pounds. The tag on the 1st pillow stated it was the ultra firmit just was not. This new, 2nd pillow weighs 11 3/4 ounces, is filled to the edges and holds itself up. The customer service at Zen Shopping e-mailed me several times, seemed genuinely concerned and personally saw that I received a corrected ultra firm pillow.

Excellent very supportive neck pillow!!! I have been victim of 4 car wrecks, all of which per police, car insurance, & medical records confirm were all the other driver's fault, yet I, the innocent driver each time, have to endure the 27& permanent whole body impairment rating due to these wrecks for the rest of my life. Years of trying numerous different style pillows, & finally stumbled upon bone shaped pillows, which I've been ordering from Amazon for many yrs. However, lately the other vendors I'd ordered from via Amazon seemed to be sending softer pillows the last few times, which just did not offer the amount of support I needed. This pillow is different! This pillow in the Ultra Firm is GREAT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Very supportive, does not strain my neck, instead cradles my neck, keeping my head/neck aligned, & COMFORTABLE!!! And such EXCELLENT, courteous, & very prompt customer service from Kelly at Zen Shopping USA, answered my many questions about the pillow as I was hesitant, but now so delighted I found this Ultra Firm pillow!!! So happy I am ordering another Ultra Firm pillow today!!! ULTRA FIRM IS A GREAT PILLOW!!!!!!!!!!!! :)

Very comfortable, ideal for crocheting/knitting in recliner. When I'm crocheting, I hold my head forward and my neck would get so tired. With this neck pillow, I can relax my neck now.

Two problems, it's so comfortable, I fall asleep sooner and second problem: I have a large standard poodle, and we're still debating whose pillow it is. I think I'll have to buy him one of his own.
