It's a great pillow, firm yet soft--perfect support. Love it...But, the description said it had a navy fleece "cover," which I, unfortunately, PREsumed meant, being a "cover," it was removable for cleaning. Unfortunately, it's not a "cover," but the material it is made of--not removable. So, fortunately, I have a pillow case I can use that I can remove for washing.
