The reason this didn't get 5 stars is that the cover fabric (100% cotton) is a bit crinkly for my tastes. It's a fabulous design and easily customizable. I really like that it's latex 'micro-rods'. I own other shredded latex pillows but the 'micro-rods' are a bit nicer in my opinion since they give a more uniform feel while still giving you the fluffy-ness.The pillow comes a bit overstuffed for customization between the baffled areas. There is a large zipper along the bottom of the pillow that contains a neck roll that slides out. The neck roll has a hidden zipper with three compartments for different personalized fills. Once the neck roll has been removed there is another zipper that has access to the three main compartments on the body of the pillow. So all the compartments are customizable to your personal needs. I'm looking forward to using this!
