This topper has renewed my sleep life. I feel cooler, sleep deeper, dream more, toss and turn much less and have slept through my alarm twice since putting it on my bed. The two piece foam was a surprise, but a good surprise because it was less heavy and easier to handle in the king size. The cover was also a surprise. It has a zippered pocket for the foam, and I thought, uh oh, never going to get it in there, but it was very easy! I let the foam "air" for the day, then slept on it that night. Slight odor for about a week, but not unpleasant or disturbing at all. Bed is 9 year old Simmons Beautyrest pillowtop. I had 1 1/2 inch memory foam on it for years, but the new Slumber Solutions 3 inch gel is a whole new wonderful world. My sleep has improved 98% !!
