After reading the several reviews, I wanted to chime in on this pillow.

First the facts:

1) Pillow is really memory foam meaning its comfortable and easy to pack because it squishes

2) Pillow cover is removable/washable essential to get the airplane germs off

3) Pillow is priced right & delivered quick from Amazon

Second, the qualitative review

1) Used it on four flights( 10 + 5 hours each way) in multiple positions and easily able to sleep or just relax

2) Excellent support & no neck pains (useful for those with big heads)

3) WAAAAY BETTER than blow up pillows, which DON'T really help you get comfortable enough to sleep.

I was surprised to find out that the quality of this memory foam pillow was much better than its modest price would suggest. As a frequent flyer, I have used this pillow on many (12+ hours) international flights and I must say that I prefer this pillow over the much more expensive travel pillow I got from a specialty store one year ago. It is soft and really molds to my neck during the flight and I feel much less neck strain as a result. Get this pillow if you are going to take a long trip overseas.

I can't write enough positive things about this pillow. I had originally purchased the 'Total Pillow' extremely last minute before a red eye flight from Walgreens (link here)Total Pillow As Seen On TV. That pillow was a total piece of junk and I began looking for a new pillow the next day. This pillow looked like it would work, and it has more than exceeded expectations. I have a 1-1.5 hour commute each way to work, and use this pillow on a daily basis (since I am not driving...). Even with this level of use over the past 6 months, this pillow has held up remarkably well, and the cover can come off if you need to wash it. The foam really is a nice dense memory foam, and the pillow fits perfectly around my neck.

Pros:

-COMFORT! From the soft cover to the memory foam, this pillow is the most comfortable travel pillow I've ever owned

-washable cover

Cons:

-a bit bulky since you can't really compact it like those air inflated pillows (more of a feature than a bug), however, I easily fit this pillow in my backpack and carry it to and from work everyday

I think this pillow may be one of the best purchases I have ever made. Get one and you won't be disappointed.
