16X16 pillows were 14X14 when measured length x width.

Pillows however very fluffy.

Very disappointed with the size because they don't fill the couch pillow covers.

Not sure if I want to go thru the hassle of return.

The anti-clumping measurements bragged about here are pretty much non-existent in the pillows I received. I mean, they're OK pillows, but they're not the magic, non-clumping pillows advertised. We've only had ours for about six months and they're already pretty sad looking.

Also, Amazon sent my two pillows in a huge box full of air cushioning to protect them. THEY'RE PILLOWS, Amazon. Next thing you know, I'm going to order bubble wrap and have it come in a box of packing peanuts.

I ordered a 16x16 pillow, however, what I received was in fact a 12x18 pillow. weird how that doesn't fit my 16x16 pillow case. completely unsatisfied with this purchase, if you need a pillow, BUY IT SOMEWHERE ELSE.

As another reviewer noted, this pillow measures 14x14 and is smaller than I expected. Luckily I'm sewing my own pillow cases and didn't start until the pillows arrived. Pillow is also clumpier than expected of so called clump-free cluster fiber. Will be keeping pillows to avoid returns, but would not purchase again.
