I was expecting chopped memory foam, this one is monolithic. And brick like. I guess I need to buy the soft one.

We purchased pillows matching the company and product as indicated in this purchase; however, these pillows were not as good as the original purchase. This could be because we bought a Sleep Number bed and these types of pillows are not a great option for that style of bed or it could just be a different "type".
