I bought this for my son who is 3 and about 33lbs. This is the perfect pillow and he loves the Lion design. The back piece is just right for cushioning his head. Also the two different sides of material is great! Sometimes he flips it himself depending on what he wants to feel that day. Great product!! I recommend this for anyone whether the travel is short or long distances. He used his on a 20hr rd trip and we had no problems!
