This really is a comfy pillow. No question about that. Just make sure it is exactly what you want as it is expensive!! Brookstone does not work with you on return/exchanges. I bought a pillow at Bed/Bath and Beyond, returned it with a receipt. They gladly returned my money and since they can not resell the pillow, they donate it. Now that is the way to do it. Better take notes Brookstone, your store is looking kinda over priced and greedy at this point!!

This is a very thick pillow and is a lot harder than I thought it would be. For the first week it was ok and the stiff neck I had with my previous pillow went away. But about a week later, my neck was stiff all over, not just in one place like before and I have to believe that its got something to do with how thick and hard it is. I thought since I have a memory foam mattress and love it that the pillow was a natural. I think I'll be going back to a standard pillow that has some firmness to it but has more give that the Brookstone. It's like putting your head down on a soft rock if a rock could be soft.

I have been using neck support pillow for the past 20 years,since a whiplash injury, and this is the best one I have found yet! It does give support and is also soft and keeps its "puffy" shape, and NOT stiff, or hot. One of the more expensive, but it is worth the cost considering the warranty, and the case can be washed, not like the memory foam pillows. Some of these pillows take a few nights to get used to using them. This pillow does cost more on other websites.

I should have ordered the side sleeper but what I got is working so much better than my old pillows, I will be saving up for another one. :)
