I love this pillow. I can mold it to my head and face, sleep comfortably either on my back or on my side, and it has provided me with the support I need. My chiropractor suggested I get one, and after searching around, price comparing and review reading, I chose this one. It did not have a single review, so I was a little skeptical, but I just had a good feeling about it, the price was right (for organic even!) and knew I could return it if I didn't like it. Well, turns out I love it and I've just ordered another for my husband!You should note that this pillow is zippered, so you can take out the buckwheat and wash the cover whenever you need to. It is not completely full of buckwheat, as its not supposed to be. Too full and you wouldn't be able to custom mold it to your head. You can however order extra buckwheat if you need it. I haven't felt the need. There is a unique buckwheat smell for a day or so when you unpack it, but I liked it. Even if you don't, it will air out and go away quickly. This is a therapeutic pillow it ain't gonna feel like your favorite squishy or fluffy pillow but it feels great in a different way.
This is comfortable and conforms to your head and neck. It is a bit noisy, but this did not bother me at all.

It is so cool and comfortable, but it is so noisy whenever you move! Takes some getting used to, but is a good supportive pillow.This pillow is awesome! My partner is a snorer. She had used a similar pillow in the past, but it had seen better days so we tossed it a couple years ago. This pillow is a great replacement! It stays in the shape you adjust it to, so your head doesn't slip into a snore-causing position after a few hours of sleep. She says she would heartily recommend it, and has nothing negative to say about it.On a related note, the cat also finds it a fine place to sleep (though we discourage that). So if you are looking for a cat bed, this might be quite appealing to your feline!
It arrived quickly, and packaged well. We are very pleased with this purchase.This pillow is exactly what I wanted. It is very firm, so if you like a soft feathery type pillow, this is NOT it. Although, it's firm it contours to my head and shoulders, which is what I needed. I am mostly a side sleeper who likes lots of support in a pillow, but also the ability to mold it to what I need at the moment.
