This pillow is heaven. I suffer from neck problems while I sleep, and I always wake up with a crinked neck. First night on this pillow, no neck pain. One night I had to sleep on another pillow, and I woke up with neck pain. Next night used this pillow, no neck pain again. It's kind of fussy to set up with the water at first, but once you find your desired firmness with the water you are set. We found that it actually needed more water than the instructions recommended, but of course this is personal preference.

If you have neck problems or a stiff neck from sleeping on your current pillow, this pillow is for you.

This is my second pillow and it has been improved from the first one that lasted 12 years.

I am able to sleep both on my back (which I was never able to do with other pillows) or on my side. It is very comfortable. No more neck pains or headaches and I am able to sleep very well without tossing and turning, trying to find a comfortable position. It is well worth the price.

I liked it; but I didn't like that the quilted part was thicker that of what I expected, so I cann't feel the water that well.
