This product does not fullfill its description. Purchased for my daughter after major back surgery and it has become so clumpy and twisted that it is uncomfortable and not used by her. Unless you have time to wrestle this thing and daily unclump/fluff, I would not buy again.

This enormous pillow is so comfortable and can be used in so many ways. Perfect for cuddling with my son and knowing he won't roll off the bed. I love it!

its a long pillow that you can form into a "U". i was expecting the pillow to be sewn in that shape. its too big and bulky. HATE IT. IM STUCK WITH IT. Return policy is stupid.

I am 28 weeks pregnant. I purchased this pillow because I have been waking up on my back a lot. I wanted to prevent myself from ending up on my back during the night. This pillow is okay. It is very large which I expected. The pillow has gapped in the middle and twists around on itself so it looks like a sausage in casing. The pillow arrived very quickly but the pillow case was not sewn properly. It appeared that the sewing machine that sewed it was not working correctly because it has gaps in the pillow case every so many inches and the seam is ripped. I am requesting an exchange from the seller so I will post how that goes. The pillow gets very warm so I usually end up kicking it off myself in the middle of the night. Not sure that I would purchase this again for the price.
