Product was described as being constructed of memory foam. Since I have a Tempurpedic mattress, I know what "memory foam should be. This pillow, however does not appear to be made of memory foam to me, it is more like a piece of plywood. There is no give to the pillow (and I am a big person). Unlike memory foam, when you push in on this pillow, it immediately springs back to original shape. I would not recommend to anyone unless they like sleeping on a board.

Everything about the order for my acid reflux pillow was outstanding. I would buy from this Amazon retailer again. Another good buying experience.
