With the price you pay for these pillows you should be able to have zippered casing so that you could remove pillow for washing and also there is no firmness at all on these pillows. I love the design (picture) but otherwise the product definately does not meet my expectations. I ordered five of them and had to stuff more stuffing in each one of them.Save 2% Off
