I've been in the search for the perfect pillow and I thought this one was the one... I'm in my 20's no back or neck problems but I find that none of the pillows I buy really support my head and neck, I like to sleep on my stomach and sides.

When I first got this pillow I was skeptical because it was a little flat but when I used it it totally supported my head due to its bounciness(no other way to describe it).

It was awesome but then after 4-5 months it started to feel like it was getting a flat, the bouncy feel and support started to go away and so now it's another useless pillow that was expensive and it only worked for a few months.

I love this pillow! I'm a side sleeper with severe cervical arthritis. The arthritis used to wake me up several times a night with other types of pillows because they did not adequately support my head and neck. The latex is perfect, with a nice amount of "give". This organic latex does not have an unpleasant odor. The standard size pillow fits nicely in all my pillowcases. It does retain body heat, but I like this feature before I got this pillow I often went to bed with head packs or heat wraps on my neck. The only thing I would change about this pillow would be to make it a wee bit thicker. The seller did not offer a thicker version through Amazon, but they did send discount coupons with my order, in case I wish to shop at their site.

This pillow is great. I was not sure if I would like it when ordering, but many of the reviews here did help me take that risk! Anyhow, I have EXTREME neck pain due to arthritis issues. This pillow made sleeping and waking up a pleasure that I have not experienced for years. So I do highly recommend this pillow for increasing comfort, reducing pain, and even waking up feeling well rested.

In addition, there is a mild medicinal smell to the pillow. Therefore, I placed a couple fabric softener dryer sheets under my pillow case. That seems to make a world of difference. Also I ordered the standard size, and it was large enough for me (I am a petite female).

Lastly, the shipping was only $2.00 for me on this item due to some promotional pricing, and they offered another 20% off if I wanted to order additional pillows. That is a generous offer on the companies behalf. I will consider ordering a second pillow for another family member.

I find this pillow very comfortable and well made. My only issue with it (and the reason I docked a star) is that it had a very strong herbal smell for a few days. Not a bad smell, just strong. I am sensitive to smells and had to wash the cover and air out the latex before I could use it.

These pillows are better than the pillows I purchase in specialty sleep store paying more than double. Best part is their support. They are not plush but decently soft. I prefer pillow with good support rather than those which are plush and sink. I like their washable organic cover which is snug and soft. For the price I paid they are the best.
