While I received the 2 pillows I ordered in a timely manner, the shipping and handling were so much that I could have purchased 2 more for the same price. The pillows have no smell as others have indicated, but they are so firm that I have to use them as a support pillow underneath a softer one. These pillows have 32 oz of feathers and softer ones only have 28 oz..
