Woodland Resin Soap Dish
I had reservations about this soap dish when I ordered it, and when opening the delivery, realized that this is not a soap dish, but a disaster in the making. It does not allow water to drain, it would have to have the mush from a soaking bar of soap cleaned out after each use. Whoever wrote the review on this I suspect is a shill, the manufacturer or a company lackey. Anyone who would order this item should find something better to do to occupy themselves. I give it a one * only because there is no way to award it a zero. This soap dish looks great next to my sink in the master bathroom. The black base supports a slightly larger textured dark brown rectangular box that is large enough to accommodate most any size bar of soap. The bottom of the container has bonded to it a raised elliptical disk with three bumps evenly spaced across the center of the disk which cause the bar to rest in the container with most of the bar lifted off the bottom of the box, so the bar quickly dries and is not left to sit in moisture. The resin material is substantial and rugged--it seems unlikely to chip or scratch if dropped or otherwise mistreated. I was a bit uncomfortable about what seemed to me to be a high price for such a simple object, but after using it for a few days I think the price is a great value.
