This item is sold as a "quilt". I think of a quilt as something rather heavy. Something that will keep me warm on a cold Minnesota evening. This item should actually be sold or listed as a bedspread. Although, it looks nice, it's also very thin and I would still need a real quilt to keep me warm. In my opinion, because of this, it's not very good quality.
This is my second one as my first one wore out. I love the quilt, just wish that it was made a bit better to be able to last for more than two to three years. Of course, I have to add that I have two Yorkies and two cats which sleep on it, get sick on it, etc. So I have had to wash mine more than usual.
