This pillow is not thick or firm enough to hold my legs in perfect allignment. My hip still dropped when using this pillow so the arthritis in it still hurt when I tried to sleep on my side. Disappointing.

I bought this for my daughter who has chronic back pain which keeps her up at night. I thought this would help to relieve the stress on her back, but it didn't. She told me that because she is so uncomfortable during the night she moves around alot and in doing so, the leg pillow gets dislodged and she has to keep adjusting it. She says it is more trouble and takes more time adjusting it during the night.

I had been having trouble sleeping on my side or flat on my back, so the doctor suggested I get this. It works as long as I stay still. Problem is, move around in my sleep so it usually ends up falling on the floor and I wake up with the pains it's suppose to help me prevent!
