This pillow is great in that it retains its shape. While I have a preference for being able to mold my pillow a little to get it shaped right, my wife prefers this one. She's very happy so far. I really liked it too.. Very nice support and softness. It took a little bit of time to adjust to sleeping on this great pillow after spending years on crappy pillows which flatten out quickly.

This product is nothing like it was advertised to be. The pillow was so flat to start with and didn't give ANY neck and head support. My wife decided to look inside the pillow to see why. The material was very thin and one of the ends had the material overlapped so the one end was lopped-sided. We probably received a "lemon", because this pillow is suppose to be the tops. I am very easy going, but I had to be honest with the pillow we received: Terrible, poor quality! I'm very disappointed!! I hope others didn't receive one like ours!
