I picked this item up a couple of days ago, and its just amazing. Its firm, but it also yields to gently wrap around the curve of your head and neck. Because of this, it alleviates the awkward pressure that I've often felt when using other pillows. Trust me.. I've tried a lot of pillows!
Its also hypoallergenic and resistant to dust mites, which is a big plus because it really helps keep my asthma in check.
My wife has always told me that I was just being difficult to please, which I suppose that I am. But this pillow has managed to satisfy me... AND AT UNDER HALF THE PRICE OF equivalent products.
Try one... you will not regret it!
So long insomnia! Hello sweet dreams! This pillow provides me with the support under the shoulder that I need when I'm sleeping on one side and yet is still comfortable when I sleep on my back. I think it's because it has a curved shape and is made of foam compared to traditional pillows. The foam is just the right firmness as well. I think this product is great.

This pillow had an overwhelming chemical smell that showed no signs of going away after several days of airing out; could not even try it out it was so strong. Made in China...given the poor safety record of Chinese manufacturers, I had to wonder if the fumes were safe, so I returned it for a refund (thank you Amazon).Read Best Reviews of MyLine Bed Collection Memory Foam Pillow Here
I ordered this for my 19 year old daughter who suffers from neck/shoulder headache problems. MAINLY because she insists on sleeping on her stomach and that always leads to her head being 'cranked' up at an odd angle on the pillow.I got her a 100% small down pillow for stomach sleeping, and that seems to be working well. However her doctor said to "train" her to sleep on her side, if not her back. (Uh sure. Try getting a teenager to change sleeping positions).
Anyway, had 2 of these pillows sent to her up at college, she hates them. Says they are too "high" and won't "sink down enough" and they "hurt her neck/shoulder" when she tries to sleep on her side. She even flipped them over to the flat side. But that was a no go also.
I told her to ship them back to me. And I MYSELF will be able to follow up with a "true" review.
I DO want to say that the company was MOST helpful with my email questions, combined and fast shipping. So kuddo's to the seller.
Will update later.
UPDATE: Received the 2 pillows back from my daughter. Myself personally, I also find them firm. My head DOES 'sink' down a bit into the "dip" in the middle of the pillow, but not so much as my nose is covered and I feel I'm suffocating. So they do have some "give" to them and are not ROCK hard. Just a bit too firm for me.
The 'roll' part supports my neck nicely; both on the larger roll and the smaller roll. It supports my upper torso nicely enough when flipped over for use on the 'flat'side.
HOWEVER, I'm just an old woman who is used to the traditional pillows. And I have no experience with these memory foam pillows. I DO think it is perhaps not quite as soft as the Tempur Pedic pillows I've felt in the store, but these don't feel cheap or thin or lightweight. So I think you'd be happy with them.
I am still going to keep them to offer to overnight guests because as I said, while I might not care for them I still think they are probably a decent purchase.
