We received the chair pretty quickly. It was easy to assemble...took my grandson and myself about 45 minutes with very little effort. Discovered that the base of the ottoman was damaged, so I emailed the company, and after some correspondence they sent a new base to replace it. Can't say enough about the quality of Wayfair service and ultimately the quality of the chair. Will definitely get our next chair through them!
