When this arrived, it had a strong, unpleasant chemical odor. I didn't have time to return it and order another, so I crossed my fingers and washed and dried it. That didn't seem to damage it, and removed the odor. It worked just fine for me on my trip otherwise.

I haven't flown in many many years. I just used this for a family vacation to Mexico. It was so comfortable I fell asleep right away. Woke up and my neck felt great!!!

I was a bit skeptical on how well I would be able to sleep on a plane with this pillow and I was pleasantly surprised. The pillow is really soft and I love the memory foam feature. Once I put it on, I feel right asleep!
